Captain David Lambert

Captain David Lambert has been with the York County Sheriff's Jail Division since 1985. He was also a reserve patrol officer at York County from 1987 to 1992. He is presently assigned as the Administrative Captain at the jail where he oversees all jail services and programs to include classification, sentence computations, commissary, the medical library, visitation and educational services, religious services, and the trustee and work release programs. 

 

During his time at the Sheriff's Office, Captain Lambert has received numerous awards and recognitions and most recently received a lifesaving award for saving the life of a resident in distress at the jail. 

 

Captain Lambert enjoys motorcycle riding and hunting and fishing in his off time.
