Office of the District Attorney, Biddeford District Court
Biddeford District Court has two prosecutors assigned to handle the adult matters and one prosecutor to handle the juvenile matters that arise in this court. The office also has a victim witness advocate working with victims of crime. The following departments are assigned to this court: Biddeford, Buxton, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, the Maine State Police, Old Orchard Beach, Saco, and the York County Sheriff’s Office.
