Paul Mitchell: Our Team
Biography
Major Paul Mitchell has been with the York County Sheriff's Office since 2015. Major Mitchell is the Administration Major and is in charge of training, policies and procedures, staff development, manages the acquisition and allocation of equipment, internal affairs investigations, budget review, and the hiring of new personnel.
Major Mitchell previously spent 26 years with the Fairfax County (Virginia) Police Department where he retired as a Lieutenant. Major Mitchell holds a master's degree from the University of Richmond in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree from National Louis University (Chicago) in Business Management.
