ALFRED, ME - REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE COMMISSIONING SERVICES FOR THE YORK COUNTY TRAINING CENTER AND THE YORK COUNTY RECOVERY CENTER FACILITIES IN ALFRED, MAINE. Ensure that the buildings and their systems are planned, installed, inspected, tested, operated, and managed as designed. Services provided will establish and document the above components and the County’s criteria for system function, performance and maintainability through construction, startup, and the initial period of operation. Actual site construction is scheduled to begin January 2024. Evaluation based on qualifications, responsiveness, relevant experience, reputation, and cost.
