York District Court has two prosecutors assigned to handle the adult matters and one prosecutor to handle the juvenile matters that arise in this court and one victim witness advocate.  The following departments are assigned to this court:  Eliot, Kittery, Maine State Police, Ogunquit, South Berwick, Wells, and York.
